The Belleville Wayne County Fairgrounds will be hosting our annual
"Harvest Time Fun" field trips. Last year was our first year for this event
and the feedback determined it was a success! Due to the positive
response, we are willing to offer this opportunity again.
We would like to invite you and your classrooms to join us again in having
some "Harvest Time Fun". We also hope to see some new faces this year!
Activities include:
* Harvest Education
* Hands-on Exhibits
* Hay Rides
* Corn Maze Walk with clues & a personal guide
* A Petting Farm
For first graders and older, we are adding some new curriculum in the
classroom segment to keep it interesting and educational. The
Kindergarten curriculum will be very similar to last year.
Estimated duration is about 90 minutes.
Cost per child is $6.
Siblings are welcomed. Siblings 3 years & under are free.
Chaperones are also free.
A lunch area will be available for any classes that wish to picnic at the
fairgrounds. Let us know if your classroom plans to eat their lunch on
grounds.
